Student Orientation at Legacy Baptist

In order to prepare you for your upcoming clinical experience, you are required to: 
• Review the Student Orientation Module
• View the student glucose monitoring presentation
• Take the Student Nurse Test
• Sign and submit the Confidentiality Form

These four items must be completed prior to your first clinical day. If you are in a clinical group or completing a preceptorship, the completed Student Nurse test and signed confidentiality form should be submitted before your first clinical day.
